DAB
Backup- Monthly DAB fees are based on the amount
of space used at our data centre. All new customers
enjoy a free 30 day trial period and free professional
installation and configuration!* During this first
month, we will monitor your usage and determine your
rate for the following term (billed quarterly).

Backup
Monitoring Upgrades
- Basic monitoring is included in the prices above.
With basic monitoring, you will be contacted if your
backups have not occurred for 5 consecutive days.
For a $5.00 per month service charge, we will contact
you after one or two missed backups (your choice).
| Note:
Once configured, DAB should only not complete
if the computer is turned off or if your Internet
connection is down. In some rare cases, other
running programs may cause DAB to abort. |
Disk
Imaging Services
- Some customers require regular disk imaging services
to compliment their DAB backups. Disk imaging backs
up your entire system, including the operating system
and programs, and is recommended at least twice a
year or when new programs are installed. This service
is offered only to our local area customers.
The cost
is $120.00 per session for a single computer plus
$3 per Gigabyte storage fee (1 yr) for secure off-site
storage. Various discounts may apply for a) multiple
computers (during same session) b) multiple session
commitments and c) shorter storage expectations.
Other
Services - All other services that require
a technician are billed at $60.00 per hour. All services
that require a consultant are billed at $85.00 per
