For most businesses and individuals, in most situations, our DAB backup service fits the bill for their data protection needs. But our staff is there for you if you need a little more.

Disk Imaging Services* - When (not if) you experience major data loss and need to recover, the time it takes to re-install the Windows operating system and all of your programs can be an expensive down-time of 4 to 12 hours or more. If you can realistically expect this to happen every few years or less then we suggest you accept that cost if you can. If not, then our trained staff can make regular visits to your site to take a 'snapshot' of your hard drive(s), after which we'll store these snapshot safely at our data centre. Restoration from a disk image not only takes less than an hour, but are returned to the exact state you were at the time of the image - settings, preferences and all.

Recovery Services** - A complete loss of data can be an unnerving experience even if you have proper backups in place. While DAB has a relatively simple recovery process, it is highly recommended that someone with excellent general computer knowledge perform your restoration. Our technicians can perform the entire process from hardware installation to software and Windows installation to the final recovery of your most critical data backed up with DAB (or any other backup method you used). You may want to contact one of our consultants to assist with the purchasing of new hardware to ensure compatibility with your existing equipment and software. DAB or Other Software (re-)Configuration** - If your backup needs change, DAB will need to be re-configured to reflect those changes. While we made the DAB software package as user-friendly as possible, it is highly recommended that someone with good general computer knowledge perform the configuration. After all, if the backup isn't backing up the right data, what good is it? Our trained technicians can help you identify exactly what needs to be backed up and what settings you require. We can also configure your operating system, and in some cases other software (like virus protection and firewall software) to provide your data with the best protection possible.

Network Troubleshooting* - Our technicians are trained to handle most common network problems if you are experiencing difficulty. DAB can, in certain situations, be used on a network but only if the network is operating properly.

Custom Scripting** - Over the years, we have become quite adept at making 'scripts' to perform certain repetitive tasks for our customers. If you find you do the same tedious actions, on any program, we may be able to save you hundreds of hours a year by automating or simplifying those tasks.

Consulting Services*** - From equipment purchasing to security seminars, when you need guidance relating to the well-being of your data, our consultants can show you the way.

Training Services*** - Some of the services we provide, such as Disk Imaging, are more cost-effective if done in-house if your situation demands very frequent servicing - provided it is done properly. We will gladly train you or your staff to do what we do if it will save you money.
